2025 Shoreline Management Plan Review and Update

As part of its approval of the Shoreline Management Plan (SMP), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) requires a periodic review and update of the SMP. As a result of that required review, FirstLight has updated the SMP with its proposed modifications. The revised SMP has been provided to Stakeholders for consultation. A summary of the proposed changes has been provided within the document following the Appendices.

A Public hearing is planned for February 26, 2025. The Public Hearing will be held from 6-9 pm at the Heritage Hotel in Southbury, CT. Stakeholders and the public will be asked to sign in and speakers will be provided 3 minutes. Comments received from Stakeholders and the public will be recorded and considered. No responses will be provided at the Public Hearing.
