MassLive: Hearings on FirstLight relicensing to be heard by DEP, public remotely

Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection will be hosting remote hearings on FirstLight’s application for the state’s water quality certification.

Both hearings will take place virtually and will be open to the public.
